LONDON BUSES - E6 plus all buses

• i will not want my name drag into this but i will like to point out that E6 bus drivers become one of the rude drivers if TFL... why is it nothing is done to improve this... i have some good ideas, would you like to follow it...
• 1, let the drivers aware that someone will view the video tape on each buses, randamly.
• 2, why not hire people like supermaket does and sent them to travel of buses, to see how good the bus drivers behave,i do not expect the bus drivers to say thank you, but be normal... e.g stopping the bus when someone rang the bell... open the door quickly as they can, instead they keep you waiting outside for no reason, other than they want to be rude to you... this can be stopped.
• 3, on board announcement can be set to minimum and i found bus route 282 is one of the worse...
• 4, How about minimum ticket checking from 3.30pm to 4pm, this is the time school children get off school and some buses get full up, so the driver should let people get on and off from both doors, provided they have tickets ofcourse... this can also apply in the mornning time too, 8.am -8.45am this will make lots of people happy, i once witness that someone got in to the back and than bus driver hold the bus over 10 mins, while the bus is so full, lucky that i got off at that stop and waited for another bus, because this one was so full, and too hot inside the bus, and nice and cool outside...
• 5, why stop a school child geting on a bus with school unifrom, even if she/he does not have a ticket, they should be allowed travel FREE at certain times, like i mention above.
• 6, someone want to take a close a look at E9 bus going to yeading after 3.30pm, this is not one of everyday, is it too much to get double decker or provide 2 E9 buses to avoid people not be able to get on the bus, you be at the bus stop and E9 comes but you can not get on, how is that, every bloody day... while other side four 282 buses one after and another, is that fair on the people who uses E9...
• 7, Why is it, people still able to get away with smoking inside the bus, you see too many adverts posters on the buses but not many sign warnning of NO SMOKING, and why the peanlty has not gone up, back in 1991, was £1000.00 fine, still is £1000.00 right, make it £10,000.00 and make those people who break the law intentionaly pay, I mean maximum fine or comunity work at full...
• 8, I also like to see ban on smoking at bus stops, as these stops are belong to TFL and they as you shouls ban people smoking there, so no one will smoke last minute before they get in and breath their dirty smoke inside the bus... get it? why ban smkoing inside a pub than NOT ban smoking front of children at bus stops than ask why young children start smoking...
